Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, the FlyFF Servers will be going down on Sunday the 22nd of February at roughly 9:00 am PST for an extended emergency maintenance. Our hardware is in crucial need of upgrading and we, unfortunately, must do it now.
We are going to be performing a large system update to our internal network/servers. This downtime is not the result of a malicious attack or anything of that nature, just a hiccup in our system upgrading process that must be addressed immediately.
The servers will be down for an indeterminate amount of time as a result of this work.
This update will take a minimum of 24 hours and could potentially take as long as 72 hours. However, due to the nature of this update, all of these times are estimates.
We know that many of you purchased or obtained timed items in the recent weeks.
All timed items that were purchased directly from the Premium Shop, in-game with Penya, or obtained via trading during this time will be restored. Should you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact our billing department at: billing@gala-net.com.
We will also be restoring all timed items that lost time due to this maintenance. For example: If you purchased a two week Azria ticket and lost 72 hours of its duration, we will refund you a new two week ticket to compensate for your loss. We will only be able to do this via email. If you lost a timed item due to this server downtime that was purchased in-game, please email us at flyff@gala-net.com and we will restore your items for you.
Due to the influx of emails that will most likely occur due to this, our response time may be a little longer than usual. Please bear with us during this time.
Please do not email us with fraudulent requests. We have records of all items that were purchased both in game and from our Premium Shop. Any player who submits a fraudulent request for item restoration will be banned from FlyFF.
We would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding. The FlyFF team will do all we can to keep you all updated on the progress of the update.
Please refrain from making any more threads regarding this issue. Any further threads regarding this issue will be removed.
Should you guys have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at flyff@gala-net.com and we will address them.
